Extensive experience across diverse global sectors, from startups to large corporations with multi-billion dollar revenues and teams up to 6,500. Partners with CEOs and teams at all levels, focusing on talent and culture as the cornerstones of business success.

Creator Economy leader who’s secured deals with Ford, Unilever, Covergirl and AT&T and managed creator businesses across 1000s of integrations and product licensing for over 500 channels. Sought after commentator on the creator economy.

Multiple board member in sport and media. Current roles include board responsibilities at Sporttotal, the Saudi Professional (soccer) league, the Professional Triathlon Organisation, HYPE and the Rugby League as well as consultancy agreements with Greenfly, YBVR and other sport related organisations.

As Chief of Staff at Wavelength and Extreme International, I work across strategy, operations, client relationships, culture and special projects, helping teams stay aligned and deliver at pace. Outside work, I am a qualified ski instructor, marathon runner and lifelong sports enthusiast. I enjoy bringing people together, solving problems and helping ambitious ideas become reality.
